Go West on Q ELIZABETH WAY passing by St. Catharines, ON to ONTARIO ROUTE 403.
Go West on ONTARIO ROUTE 403 passing by Brantford, ON to ONTARIO ROUTE 401.
Go Southwest on ONTARIO ROUTE 401 passing by London, ON.
Continue Southwest on Ontario Route 401 until Windsor, ON.
Take the Provincial Road cut off heading North.
Follow Provincial Road North to Howard Avenue.
Continue North on Howard Avenue toward downtown Windsor, ON.
Follow Howard Avenue until it turns into Aylmer Avenue.
Continue North on Alymer Avenue until you reach University Avenue.
Turn Left on University Avenue.
Continue West on University Avenue until you see the Casino Windsor Parking signs which will direct you into the parking structure.
